- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Finding candidates through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and campus placements for retail, wealth management, and corporate roles.
- Bulk & Lateral Hiring: Managing continuous mass-recruitment drives for front-line sales positions (e.g., Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers).
- Competency Assessments: Conducting structured, evidence-based Behavioural Event Interviews (BEI) to evaluate lateral and leadership talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partnering closely with regional business heads and hiring managers to align candidate profiles with commercial targets.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the complete lifecycle including initial screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and final offer rollout
