Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Professional to drive sales and business development for Polyurethane (PU) Foam Systems, with a primary focus on Rigid PU applications. The candidate should have strong technical sales experience and exposure to industries such as construction, refrigeration, automotive, furniture, footwear, and insulation applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive technical sales and business development for Rigid and Flexible PU Foam Systems.
- Develop business across applications such as construction waterproofing, refrigeration, insulated products, automotive, furniture, thermoware, and footwear.
- Identify new customers, business opportunities, and emerging market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PU system solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and customer relationships.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Handle quality-related customer concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Travel across the Delhi NCR territory for customer meetings and business development.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B / Technical Sales.
- Mandatory: Experience in Rigid PU Foam Applications / PU Systems.
- Candidates with Adaptable PU Foam Systems experience may also be considered.
- Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of PU applications and industrial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for regular field visits.
