Production Executive / Production Engineer

Salary: Up to 10% - 30% hike on existing CTC, based on experience and suitability

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production professional to join our team at Mhape MIDC.

The ideal candidate must have a robust Production background and relevant experience specifically in the Façade, Real Estate or Furniture industry.

This role is suitable for candidates who have hands-on experience in managing production activities, coordinating with shop-floor teams, monitoring production schedules and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.

Industry Eligibility – Mandatory

Only candidates from the following industries will be considered:

- Façade Industry
- Real Estate / Construction-related Production
- Furniture Industry

Candidates from other industries or candidates without relevant Production experience will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth production operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with production, design, engineering, purchase and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, material availability and production timelines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Monitor quality standards and minimize production errors and wastage.
- Supervise shop-floor activities and coordinate with workers and supervisors.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain production reports, records and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards and quality requirements.




- Coordinate with project/site teams for timely dispatch and installation requirements.
- Support continuous improvement in production processes and productivity.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant Production experience.
- Must have a Production background.
- Relevant experience in Façade / Real Estate / Furniture industry is mandatory.
- Educational qualification:
- ITI
- Diploma
- BE / B.E. – Civil or Mechanical Engineering / MBA Operations.
- Strong understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and production reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Up to 30% hike on existing CTC, depending on experience, current CTC, skills and overall suitability.
