Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharma QC Executive role located in Bahadurgarh, offering a salary range of ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month. The Pharma QC Executive will perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.

The role includes operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, performing calibrations, documenting results accurately, and reporting deviations or non-conformities.



The executive will collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to support batch release, investigate quality issues, and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Freshers with a B.Pharm degree are encouraged to apply and will receive guidance and training as per company procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in core Laboratory Skills relevant to pharmaceutical quality testing.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Quality Control skills, including sampling, testing, documentation, and adherence to SOPs.
- Candidates should possess fundamental Quality Assurance skills, with an understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and batch documentation.
- Candidates should possess Calibration skills for basic laboratory equipment and an understanding of instrument maintenance and verification.
- B.Pharm degree (Freshers can apply); a strong academic foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and quality concepts.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow written procedures, and good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry) and ability to work effectively in a team-based, in office manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and to learn advanced QC techniques and regulatory standards over time.
