Salary: 15,000/- Take Home per Month

Completion Bonus: 15,000/- after successful completion of 3-month contract

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and requests through non-voice channels.

Process and update customer information accurately.

Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Resolve queries within the defined timelines.

Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.

Eligibility

Freshers can apply.

Intermediate / Graduates can apply.

Valuable written English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Candidates must be comfortable with a 3-month contract role.

Special Benefit

15,000/- Bonus on successful completion of the 3-month contract, subject to company terms and conditions.
