What You'll Do
- Handle voice interactions with UK customers and provide professional customer support.
- Understand customer concerns, identify the right solution, and ensure effective resolution.
- Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience on every interaction.
- Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and service-related issues with patience and professionalism.
- Build customer confidence through clear, empathetic, and effective communication.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and customer verification procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever escalation or additional assistance is required.
- Consistently achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle challenging conversations professionally while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Who We're Looking For Only Experienced Candidates Can Apply

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Prior experience in International Voice / International Customer Support / UK Voice Process / BPO.
- Excellent spoken English and strong conversational skills.
- Good listening and comprehension abilities.
- Experience handling international customers over voice.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work comfortably during UK/night shifts.
- Willingness to work rotational week offs.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- A professional attitude with a robust focus on customer satisfaction.
