We are hiring Spanish (B2 Certified) professionals for a US-based voice process. The role involves handling customer interactions in Spanish while delivering high-quality service as per US standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling US voice calls in Spanish Language.
- Assisting customers with queries/issues as per process guidelines
- Maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance standards
- Documenting call details and updating CRM
- Meeting productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Spanish B2 Certification (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Experience in US voice process preferred
- Solid customer-handling skills
