Salary: 15,000/- Take Home per Month

Completion Bonus: 15,000/- after successful completion of 3-month contract

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through non-voice channels.
- Process and update customer information accurately.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Resolve queries within the defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers can apply.
- Intermediate / Graduates can apply.
- Valuable written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be comfortable with a 3-month contract role.

Special Benefit 15,000/- Bonus on successful completion of the 3-month contract, subject to company terms and conditions.
