Role & responsibilities :
- Handle Inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Resolving customer queries, concerns and service related issues.
- Manage customer requests through multiple communication channels, including calls, chat.
- Maintain accurate records annd customer interaction details using relevant system.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Fresher and experience candidate with excellent English communication skills are required.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS office applications, including MS excel.
- Salary : Up to 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA
- 6 Days working / Rotational shifts
- Location : Gurugram
- Only Face to Face Interview
