Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru is for experienced Radiographers / Radiology Technicians supporting teleradiology operations and clinical imaging workflows.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols, ensuring optimal image quality, and adhering to radiation safety standards for patients and colleagues. The role involves preparing and positioning patients, operating radiologic equipment, and coordinating with radiologists and clinical teams to support accurate and timely interpretations. Daily tasks also include maintaining equipment, documenting procedures and findings in relevant systems,



following quality assurance processes, and complying with regulatory and institutional guidelines.

The position requires active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, technology-enabled workflows, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and Radiology, including operation of imaging equipment and understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Solid knowledge of Radiation and Radiation Safety principles to ensure safe imaging practices for patients and staff.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to radiologic examinations and clinical indications.
- Recognized qualification or diploma/degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or an equivalent allied health program.
- Relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience as a Radiographer or Radiology Technician in a clinical or teleradiology setting, preferably with exposure to multiple imaging modalities.
- Ability to follow protocols, maintain accurate records, and work with digital imaging and PACS/RIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists and clinical teams.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and adapting to technology-driven workflows, including AI-enhanced systems.
