About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our engineering and construction team in Belgium. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with technical, quality, safety, and project requirements.

This is an opportunity for an engineering professional who enjoys working on challenging projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor construction progress, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or potential project risks.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable engineering standards, building regulations, and safety requirements.
- Assist with project planning, cost estimation, procurement, and reporting.
- Review contractor work and provide technical guidance when required.
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering and construction processes

Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, structural works, or related projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with engineering/design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D,



Revit, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage depending on the project location.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Belgium or be eligible for the applicable work authorization process.

Experience Preferred: 2+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.

Candidates with different levels of relevant experience may be considered based on their technical skills and project experience.
