Role Description The Hiring Azure AI and Java DSA Trainer will deliver instructor-led corporate and technical training sessions on Microsoft Azure AI services and Java-based Data Structures and Algorithms to learners in office in Lucknow. This contract role involves designing and updating training curricula, preparing hands-on labs and coding exercises, and adapting teaching methods for different skill levels. The trainer will conduct assessments, provide feedback, and mentor participants to help them build practical, industry-ready skills.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the training coordination team,



staying current with Azure updates and Java best practices, creating learning materials and presentations, and supporting certification and placement-oriented training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Azure AI services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, AI-powered APIs) and practical experience building and deploying AI solutions on Azure.
- Proficiency in Java programming with a solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (arrays, lists, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, complexity analysis) and ability to explain concepts with clear examples.
- Experience in corporate or academic training, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and delivering classroom or workshop-based sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Ability to create structured training content such as slides, lab guides, assignments, and assessments using modern tools and collaborative platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong classroom management, mentoring, and learner engagement capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Azure, AI/ML, or Java are highly beneficial.
- Up-to-date understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML fundamentals, software development practices, and industry trends to connect training with real-world applications.
- Comfort working in an on-site corporate training environment in Lucknow, with a commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and collaborative work with the CertED Technologies team.
