Flawsome is a menstrual hygiene brand building the next generation of period care. We’re launching India’s first flushable sanitary pad - a patented innovation - with a growing presence across e-commerce and quick commerce.

We’ve raised one of the largest seed rounds in the category and are now building the team for our next phase.

This is a zero-to-one journey. It’s fast, messy, high-ownership and exciting. If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5, this probably isn’t for you.

1. Marketing & Branding Head | Senior Level

Own the brand. Build the marketing engine. Drive strategy, campaigns, content, growth and brand positioning.

2. Social Media & Content | Mid Level

Own our social presence end-to-end - ideas, content, calendars, trends, shoots, copy and execution.

3. Creative Editor | Mid Level

We want someone who can make people stop scrolling. Reels, videos, edits, storytelling - bring ideas to life.

4. Graphic Designer | Mid Level

Strong visual sense. Fresh ideas. Great execution. Someone who can make Flawsome look unmistakably Flawsome.

5. B2B Sales | Mid Level

Build and close B2B partnerships across hospitality,



corporates, institutions and other channels. Own the number, not just the conversations.

6. E-commerce Head | Senior Level

Own the e-commerce business end-to-end - marketplaces, quick commerce, revenue, growth, assortment, pricing and performance.

7. E-commerce Executive | Mid Level

Run day-to-day marketplace and quick-commerce operations. Listings, inventory, promotions, analytics and execution.
