- Manage and respond to customer support requests.

- Prepare professional and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Maintain basic service records and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and support requests professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand and resolve customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers and the technical team to ensure timely updates and closure.
- Maintain basic records of customer requests and quotations.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT products/services and technical support
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to prepare professional quotations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Customer-friendly and professional approach
- Experience in Help Desk, IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role will be an advantage.
