Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US healthcare clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or related field (US Staffing).
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Beeline or Fieldglass.
