What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in Health Insurance / Insurance Telecalling / Telesales preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong command of Hindi & English; Marathi will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain health insurance plans clearly
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
- Candidates with relevant insurance industry experience will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage and premiums
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable policies
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer and call records
- Provide a good customer experience throughout the sales process
