We are hiring for a Head – Structural Steel (IC) position with a leading Engineering & Construction organization .

? Role The position will lead the organization’s Structural Steel Engineering, Fabrication, Erection and Project Execution function, with responsibility for technical leadership, project delivery, commercial performance, vendors and large multidisciplinary teams.

? Key Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in Structural Steel Construction / Engineering / Fabrication / Erection .

• Strong experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, airport, high-rise or complex construction projects .

• Proven experience managing large structural steel packages and multidisciplinary teams .

• Solid knowledge of fabrication, erection methodologies, heavy lifting and constructability .

• Experience in project planning, cost control,



quantity management and productivity improvement .

⭐ Ideal Profile

Candidates currently working as Construction Director / Structural Steel Head / Project Director / Structural Steel Construction Head / Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering major steel-intensive projects.
