Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles across BrightCHAMPS. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates,
coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and assisting with offer processes. The intern will also help with employer branding initiatives, job posting management, and recruitment analytics, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven edtech setting.
