Role Description
The Junior Architect role at Francom Group is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Junior Architect will assist in architectural design projects, collaborating with senior architects to develop concepts and produce designs that align with client requirements. Responsibilities include creating blueprints, coordinating project implementation,



integrating architectural solutions, and contributing to project management tasks. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure successful execution of design ideas within deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on creating creative and functional designs
Experience with Software Development and Integration that supports cooperative workflows and architectural solutions
Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee elements of the project lifecycle
Robust communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team and clients
Knowledge of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or similar tools is highly desirable
Previous experience in real estate or corporate ventures is a plus
