Role Description The Head Sales and Operations – Agriculture Drones Spraying is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for leading sales strategy, business development, and operational execution for agricultural drone spraying solutions. This role oversees the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and account management for farmers, agribusinesses, and institutional clients.

The position includes planning and coordinating field operations for drone spraying services, ensuring safe, efficient,



and compliant deployment of drone fleets across multiple locations. The role involves building and managing high-performing sales and operations teams, setting performance targets, tracking KPIs, optimizing processes, and collaborating with product, technical, and customer success teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The Head

Sales and Operations also monitors market trends, gathers customer feedback, and contributes to strategic decisions on pricing, service models, and regional expansion to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience driving revenue growth and managing complex B2B or B2C sales cycles.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain long-term client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support recurring business.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional sales and operations teams.

- Experience in agriculture technology, UAV/drone services, or related industrial solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, agriculture, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or operations management are an advantage.
