Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a large recruitment team, driving performance and delivery excellence.
- Client Management: Own endtoend client engagement, ensuring robust relationships and satisfaction.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement hiring strategies for diverse domestic mandates.
- Process Excellence: Streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with proven success in domestic hiring.
- Strong exposure to large team handling and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and clientfacing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced MNC environment.
