- Provide overall leadership for the planning and execution of multiple high-rise and large-scale development projects.

- Drive projects from concept/design development through construction, commissioning and final handover.

- Establish project execution strategies, delivery frameworks, milestones and performance benchmarks.

- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines and quality parameters.

- Review construction methodologies, sequencing, resource planning and site execution strategies.

- Identify project risks early and develop timely mitigation and recovery plans.

- Provide technical and strategic oversight of high-rise building construction, including deep foundations, basements, RCC structures, post-tensioning, facades, MEP services and finishing works.

- Ensure effective coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, facade and specialist contractors.

- Promote sustainable construction practices and efficient utilisation of resources.

- Lead a large multidisciplinary projects organisation comprising project directors, project managers, construction managers, planning, contracts, QA/QC, HSE and engineering teams.

- Build a high-performance project delivery culture with clear accountability and measurable KPIs.





- Mentor and develop senior project leadership talent; establish organisational structures and manpower plans aligned with the project pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 25+ years of overall experience in civil engineering and construction / project delivery, with substantial time spent in senior leadership roles.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); postgraduate qualifications in Construction Management / Project Management highly preferred.

- Extensive, hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and large-scale real estate development.

- Proven track record of independently delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception through completion.

- Experience managing large project portfolios and multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.

- Deep technical understanding of RCC structures, foundations, basements, facades, MEP coordination, finishing and commissioning.

- Solid commercial acumen covering contracts, procurement, cost management and contractor negotiations.

- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, controls, risk management and programme recovery.

- Experience working with leading international contractors, developers, consultants and PMC organisations.

- Strong command of international construction standards, HSE systems and quality-management frameworks.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder-management and Board-level communication skills.

- Ability to operate seamlessly at both strategic leadership and hands-on project execution levels.

- Preference given to expatriate candidates with experience in international or leading regional real estate developers, Tier-1 international construction/EPC organisations, major high-rise residential and commercial developers, large mixed-use or integrated township developments.
