Role & responsibilities
- Establish programme governance, decision gates, escalation protocols and reporting cadence across all packages.
- Chair executive progress, risk, interface and commissioning-readiness reviews with the Client and package leads.
- Direct resolution of cross-package issues affecting COD, energization, HOTO, safety, quality, contractual exposure or stakeholder approvals.
- Endorse recovery strategies, major risk treatment actions, strategic change recommendations and programme-level closeout positions.
- Ensure PMC services remain within the agreed RASCI framework and that Contractor/OEM execution accountability is not diluted.
- Represent PMC in high-level Client, utility and stakeholder engagements requiring executive decisions
- .Preferred candidate profile
- BE/ BTech with 20+ years of experience, major in program managemengt for high value complex infra/energy/renewable projects
