Head – Marketing (All India)

India Valves Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Marketing to lead our All India Marketing and Business Development operations from our Boisar, Maharashtra location.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the All India Marketing & Business Development team.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for the entire Indian market.
- Guide, motivate and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities across India.
- Build robust relationships with EPC companies, consultants, contractors, industries and end users.
- Identify new projects, markets and potential customers.
- Handle key customers and support the team in important negotiations.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual marketing/business plans.
- Review team performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with Technical, Production, Purchase and Commercial teams.
- Take overall responsibility for All India business growth and sales targets.
- Travel across India for customer meetings, project visits and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in Industrial Valves,



Flow Control, Automation, Engineering Products or related industries.
- Experience in B2B industrial marketing and business development.
- Proven experience in leading and guiding a marketing/sales team.
- Strong network with industrial customers, EPCs, consultants and end users.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong business development and target-achievement capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Candidate should be able to work independently and take ownership of business growth.

Education BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Production or relevant engineering field preferred.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable / As per experience and industry background.
