Head of Finance Terminal (Mundra)

Location: Mundra, Gujarat

Experience: 15+ Years Post-CA

Role: Finance Head / Financial Leader

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Serve as financial Co-Pilot to the Business Head; drive P&L;, forecasting, profitability, and growth strategy.
- Financial Control: Oversee end-to-end accounting, balance sheet, working capital, audits, and internal controls.
- Treasury & Liquidity: Lead cash flow management and liquidity planning in coordination with the Vertical CFO.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage commercial contracts, tax, insurance, legal risks, and 100% statutory/statutory policy compliance.
- Reporting & Planning: Drive budgeting, financial modeling, and executive reporting to Regional HO and the Board.

Requirements

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) required.
- Experience: 15+ years post-qualification, preferably in Logistics, Ports, Shipping, or Large Multinationals.
- Skills: Solid leadership, analytical acumen, stakeholder management, and high ethical standards.
