Our client is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead Finance & Accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting and taxation, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive financial governance, controls, and operational excellence .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting as per Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC , and other statutory compliances.
- Manage internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management .
- Lead tax planning, assessments, and statutory filings .
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS,



and variance analysis .
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and finance automation .
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team .
- Provide financial insights to support business and strategic decision-making .

Key Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .
- Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting .
- Good knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and Indian GAAP .
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and audit processes .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Robust attention to detail and a high level of financial integrity.
