Role Description The Head of Finance is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This role includes leading the finance team, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Head of Finance will monitor cash flow, analyze financial performance, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, coordinating audits,



and optimizing financial systems and processes. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to oversee end-to-end financial management and strategy.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational goals.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferably woodworking or building materials, is beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and collaborating with senior management.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Kochi in a fast-paced environment.
