ob Description – Digital Marketing

Job Summary Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head with 15+ years of overall experience, preferably from the Real Estate industry, to lead and manage the organization's digital marketing function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing digital marketing strategies and teams within the real estate domain, with a good understanding of the overall digital ecosystem and customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead the digital marketing function and manage the digital marketing team.
- Drive digital initiatives focused on brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans specifically suited to the real estate industry.
- Manage and optimize digital channels and campaigns.
- Work closely with senior management, sales, branding, and other business teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with changing digital marketing trends, technologies, and customer behavior.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.




- Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong experience in leading digital marketing functions at a senior level.
- Experience in handling large teams and managing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and customer acquisition.
- Valuable strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in senior leadership positions such as GM, VP, AVP, Head of Digital Marketing, or similar roles. Preferred Profile Candidates who have worked in Real Estate / Property Development / Real Estate Marketing and have progressed into senior digital marketing leadership roles would be preferred. Note: Specific hands-on expertise in individual platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or social media is not mandatory. The primary requirement is strong senior-level digital marketing leadership experience within the Real Estate domain
