Head – Project Sales &

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project sales and business operations for our real estate project.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve booking and revenue targets.

Lead, manage and motivate the project sales team.

Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to booking closure.

Monitor leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and conversions.

Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal and customer relations teams.

Manage relationships with channel partners and property consultants.

Review sales performance, conversion ratios and team productivity.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and management updates.

Ensure proper CRM usage, lead allocation and follow-up tracking.

Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the project sales office.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities.





Ensure professional customer service and compliance with company policies.

Mandatory Qualifications &

- Experience

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is mandatory.

Real estate experience is mandatory.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate project sales.

Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.

Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Experience in customer conversion and booking closures.
