- Achieving the Annual Budgetary Target for the Vertical in co-ordination with the Branches
- Being a Catalyst and working on Major Customer and helping the Branch in their Numbers
- Supporting Market Mapping, Pan India in Sync with the Branches
- Supporting the deployment of Annual Target to the Dealers and monitoring the Market share
- Appointing Strategical Dealers Pan India working along with the Branch Heads to Drive the Target Attainment and Consistency
- To analyse dealer stock by monitoring the Sell in, Sell Through, and Sell out from the Channel
- Manage Channel Conflicts and maintain Harmony in the channel




- Maintaining MOP and Giving Critical Market Intelligence Data
- Stock indent to the Factory and engage in Auto Replenishment
- Have a control on the NMS and Deriving Strategy to Sell it in the Channel with Stipulated Time Frame
- Having Ownership of the number for the Vertical and the Branches
