We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a growing real estate and construction organization. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall people strategy aligned with business objectives, while ensuring robust talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, compliance, and organizational culture.

Additional Responsibilities:

The role will also be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance and administrative HR operations, including ESI & PF management, biometric attendance management for both corporate office and project sites, employee records and attendance monitoring, coordination of HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations across all locations. The HR Head will also be responsible for planning and managing employee engagement initiatives, including festival celebrations, office decorations, and gift distribution during festive occasions, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Preferred candidate profile

- real estate, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or another project-driven industry preferred.
