Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, attendance, recruitment, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR files.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in payroll-related activities and salary processing.
Handle employee queries and maintain good employee relations.
Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS in MS Excel.
Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF and ESIC.
Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic knowledge of payroll, PF, and ESIC.
Ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
