We are looking for a senior leader with solid experience in Third-Party HRO Operations to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations for the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations.
- Oversee key processes including Payroll, employee lifecycle management, Transition and Transformation.
- Manage service delivery and build solid relationships with ANZ clients and stakeholders.
- Drive large-scale transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI/GenAI-led solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Lead large-scale teams and ensure operational excellence and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Third-Party HRO/BPO operations is mandatory.
- Experience managing ANZ operations or clients is essential.
- Strong understanding of ANZ Payroll and Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Experience in Transition and Transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in leading automation and AI/GenAI-driven transformation.
- Candidates with only Internal Shared Services experience will not be considered.
- Comfortable working in ANZ shifts.
- Location: Noida only.
