Head Chef – Multi-Cuisine Restaurant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative

Head Chef to lead our multi-cuisine kitchen and ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the complete kitchen team and daily operations.
- Plan menus, specials and food presentations across multiple cuisines.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion control and presentation.
- Monitor food costs, wastage, stock and kitchen inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with F&B; and Front Office teams to meet guest requirements.
- Train, guide and motivate kitchen staff.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods.

Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine food preparation.
- Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.




- Valuable understanding of food costing and inventory control.
- Creative, disciplined and quality-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.

Location: Hyderabad Salary: 30000-37500 per month
