We are hiring a Head Architect for our company. Below mentioned is a detailed of the role.

Experience - Minimum 15 years

Work location - Thane

- Lead, mentor, and direct internal architectural and design teams by establishing transparent standards, managing resource allocation, and driving productivity across all active projects to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
- Serve as the central design authority, collaborating closely with specialised consultant teamsincluding MEP, Structural/Civil Engineering, Landscape Design, and BMC/TMC/Municipal liaison authorities—to ensure integrated and feasible design solutions.
- Leverage deep expertise in local municipal corporation by-laws, Development Control Regulations (DCR), and site/space requirements to assess project feasibility and guide liaisoning teams through statutory approvals.
- Complete knowledge of corporation by-laws, space and site requirements to assess their impact on architectural designs and closely coordinate with the liaisoning team for municipal approvals
- Prepare/analyze information regarding design, materials, colour, equipment,



estimated costs and/or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same.
- Develop preliminary concepts, sketches, spatial planning and eventually ensure it develops into working drawings from consultants.
- Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants and check all the drawings thoroughly before releasing them on site.
- Bringing in design efficiency and innovation with a focus on cost and reducing turnaround time.
- Supporting project closure and handover, including documenting as-built drawings.
- Providing support for ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCES for the project
- Documentation for RERA submission.
- Maintaining records of transmittals sent to site.
- Intensive planning and scheduling of the project design deliverables as per the Timelines specified by Management.
- Maintaining Master deliverables to the site.
- Coordination with the site team for seamless execution of the project
