Your Role

- Lead complete agarbatti manufacturing operations
- Develop and improve agarbatti formulations and fragrances
- Strong knowledge of fragrance notes, aroma chemicals, essential oils and attars
- Handle raw materials, machinery and production processes
- Develop current products and fragrances
- Establish quality standards and batch consistency
- Manage production planning, costing and efficiency
- Build and lead the production and technical team
- Develop reliable vendors and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot technical and production issues

Ideal Candidate





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Agarbatti / Incense industry – mandatory
- Strong practical knowledge of agarbatti manufacturing and formulation
- Good understanding of fragrances and perfumery
- Knowledge of raw materials, machinery, production and quality control
- Capable of independently handling technical and manufacturing operations

• Candidates from Kolkata preferred ; candidates willing to relocate may apply
