ABOUT THE ROLE

Iron Culture Gym is looking for a dedicated, energetic and qualified Gym Trainer who is passionate about fitness, member engagement and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

The ideal candidate should be confident in guiding members, maintaining workout discipline, ensuring safe exercise practices and creating a positive and motivating gym environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Guide members on proper exercise techniques, form and workout routines.
- Design personalized fitness and training plans based on individual goals.
- Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- Ensure safe and proper use of gym equipment.
- Conduct personal training sessions and group workout sessions.
- Assist members with warm-up, stretching, mobility and recovery exercises.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene and a professional gym environment.
- Address basic fitness-related queries and guide members appropriately.
- Encourage member engagement and retention through regular interaction.
- Promote relevant fitness programs and memberships when required.
- Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely and professionally.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Certified Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer can apply.




- Freshers with a recognized fitness certification are welcome.
- Prior experience as a Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of strength training, cardio, functional training and basic nutrition.
- Passionate about fitness and comfortable working with members of different fitness levels.
- Professional, punctual and disciplined approach to work.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT – WORKING HOURS The working hours for this position are strictly 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Candidates must be comfortable and available for the complete 4-hour shift. Applications will be considered only from candidates who can regularly commit to these timings.

LOCATION-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT The position is based at SKS World School, Greater Noida West.
