Requirements

- Knowledge of fitness and Workout Training
- Anatomy Knowledge
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Prior gym experience preferred
- Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

- Guide members with workout routines and exercise techniques
- Assist clients with strength training and cardio sessions
- Maintain discipline and positive environment in the gym
- Monitor member progress and provide motivation
- Ensure gym equipment is used safely and properly
