Job Title : Guidewire InsuranceSuite Technical Architect

Job Type : Full-Time/Contract

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire experience involving implementation, configuration, customization, solution design, and production support.
- Solid expertise in Guidewire Architecture, Solution Design, and Technical Leadership.
- Proven experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud and On-Premise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience designing complex business rules and enterprise integrations.
- Working knowledge of application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
- Guidewire Integration Certification.




- Lead and mentor Guidewire development teams while driving technical excellence across project deliveries.
- Design scalable and reusable architectures for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations.
- Lead solution discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and technical assessments for complex insurance business requirements.
- Configure and develop Guidewire components using Gosu, PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and Product Designer.
- Design reusable Guidewire components, accelerators, frameworks, and technical assets to improve development productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex Guidewire issues and provide architectural recommendations and effective workarounds.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
