Qualification: Masters (MBA)/ Graduate

Experience: Min 2-4 years in Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, Distribution, PSS/Pre-Sales, or related functions

Location: Guwahati

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Stock Analysis: Conduct daily monitoring of inventory "stock-in" levels against regional market sell-through rates to ensure optimal product availability.

2. Sales Strategy Execution (focus model): Provide data-driven recommendations to the sales team on which products to prioritize based on current stock velocity and market demand.

3. Deployment & Sales Process Optimization: Coordinate with channel for allocation of stock to various market segments, ensuring deployment aligns with regional potential.

4. Supply Tracking: Keep track vivo India's monthly supply plan. Compare and analyse against real NER requirement based on market potential.

5. Operational Reporting: Identifying bottlenecks in the supply-to-sales chain.

6. Cross-Departmental Support: Provide specialized data insights for other departments regarding product life-cycle stages and stock-to-sales ratios.



Align GTM & PSS strategies with other dependent department strategies ensuring all departments following one goal.

7. High-end breakthrough: Support GTM on sales/competitor/user data collection and strategy building aligned to responsible departments.

8. High-end breakthrough and Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis:

· Support GTM on NPL strategy execution across all departments.

· Provide "emergency" stock reallocation strategies during unforeseen market shifts or supply chain disruptions.

9. Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis

· Support GTM & PSS on any emergency deliverable.

· Demo/Dummy Deployment Strategy and allocate Demo/Dummy units for NPL.
