We're doing personalised meal prep in Coimbatore, cooked and delivered daily. Over the next few months we are adding blood testing and wearable tracking on top, building towards a preventative care platform. Around 200 customers, small team, we're building quick.
The role
You'll have broad ownership of end to end GTM between sales and marketing.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, convert trials into subscriptions
- Speak to customers to understand what we're missing and feed into product roadmaps
- Run experiments on pricing, offers and channels
- Keep a weekly funnel picture the team can act on
What we look for
- Relentless executor who thrives in uncertain environments
- Someone who does what's needed without being told
- People person comfortable speaking to customers
- Able to turn messy customer conversations into a clear recommendation
- Ideally one to three years in sales, growth, customer success or founder's office, but motivated people without prior experience are most welcome to apply
- Comfortable calling customers directly and hearing bad news
