We're hiring a Growth Builder to own outbound and marketing for Sekurzen. We anticipate our growth journey to pick up from here. Join us to grow along.

Sekurzen is becoming product-first cybersecurity company based in Chennai, founded by industry veterans with 50+ years of combined experience. We've secured 12+ clients, prevented 100+ vulnerabilities, and worked across 6+ industries. Now we're turning that into a product suite, building it ourselves with our vast industry experience.

This is a blended role. You'll run outbound prospecting, cold email, outreach, follow-up cadences, and you'll also support and produce the marketing content that fuels growth for Sekurzen: LinkedIn posts, case studies, campaign copy. There's no separate sales team and separate marketing team here, just one team owning both sides of getting the right prospect to the right message.

What we're looking for:

- 1 to 2 years in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Solid, clear thought process, you'll represent us directly to prospects and to the market




- Comfort doing research: understanding a company's business, finding the right angle in
- Comfort with ambiguity, our go-to-market motion is still being worked out and you should be willing to be part of it, not shy away from it

We're early-stage, and we'd rather say this upfront: salary is leaner here than at a large company, work-life balance won't look like a typical 9-to-5, and growth in role and pay comes as the company grows, not on a fixed schedule.
