Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth for the company's e-commerce platform.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to achieve desired ROI targets.

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product) to develop targeted marketing initiatives that support business objectives.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in generating leads through PPC campaigns on Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads.

- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyze complex data sets.

- Experience working in an e-commerce environment or similar industry.
