Growth Marketing & Brand Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and growth-focused marketer who can help us build and grow brands from the ground up.

This is not a typical “social media posting” role.

You will be responsible for understanding the business, shaping its positioning, creating strong content, building distribution across LinkedIn and X, and working with creators and influencers to increase reach and credibility.

We are looking for someone who understands that great marketing is a combination of positioning, content, distribution, and experimentation.

What You'll Do

Brand & Positioning

- Understand our business, customers, competitors, and market.
- Help define and improve our brand positioning and messaging.
- Translate complex products and services into simple and compelling stories.
- Develop strong messaging frameworks for different target audiences.
- Ensure consistency across brand communication, content, and campaigns.

Social Media Growth

- Build and execute growth strategies for LinkedIn and X.
- Grow founder and company profiles organically.
- Identify content opportunities, trends, conversations, and distribution strategies.
- Experiment with different content formats and growth tactics.
- Track performance and continuously improve content based on data.

Content Creation

- Develop content ideas, content pillars, and content calendars.
- Write high-quality posts, threads, articles, and other social content.
- Work with designers, video editors, and other creative resources to produce content.
- Turn business insights, customer problems, founder opinions,



and industry trends into engaging content.
- Create content that builds authority, trust, and demand—not just likes and impressions.

Influencer & Creator Marketing

- Identify relevant creators, influencers, and industry experts.
- Build relationships and partnerships with creators.
- Plan and execute influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
- Develop collaboration ideas that create genuine business impact.
- Track the performance and ROI of creator campaigns.

Growth & Experimentation

- Continuously test new ideas, channels, formats, and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and inbound opportunities.
- Work closely with the founders and sales teams to connect marketing activities with business outcomes.
- Bring new ideas proactively instead of waiting for instructions.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Growth.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X and how organic growth works on these platforms.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience in building or improving brand positioning and messaging.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or creator partnerships.




- Ability to think strategically while also being comfortable executing.
- Strong understanding of content distribution—not just content creation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple experiments happening simultaneously.
- Highly proactive, curious, and willing to challenge conventional marketing ideas.

Bonus Points

- Experience working with B2B, technology, SaaS, startups, or agencies.
- Experience growing founder-led brands.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
- Experience building personal brands on LinkedIn or X.
- A portfolio demonstrating measurable growth results.
