nThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving current business acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong focus on direct B2B sales, customer engagement, and market development, along with the ability to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Current Business Acquisition

Identify and target potential B2B customers within the assigned geographyn
Generate and qualify leads through market mapping, networking, and industry engagementn
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, and deal closuren
Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targetsn

n2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Plant Managers, Procurement Heads, and Business Ownersn




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolutionn
Strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnershipsn

n3. Account Growth & Retention

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accountsn
Drive account expansion by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordinglyn
Monitor customer health and take proactive actions to ensure retention n

n4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights

Stay informed on industry trends, customer expectations, and competitor activitiesn
Gather and share market insights to support product, pricing, and service improvementsn
Contribute to identifying recent market opportunities and business segmentsn

n5. Sales Planning & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systemsn
