Growth Marketing - Manager with 3-5 years of experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing - Executive with 3 -5 years of experience to support the planning and execution of marketing programmes across ETPL's expanding product portfolio under both ETPL Digital and ETPL AI.

The portfolio includes platforms such as EducationOS, PeopleOS, CreditOS, Cooperative

GovernanceOS, DocumentOS, ProcurementOS - alongside ETPL's programmatic advertising platforms under Digital Media and Programmatic Advertising (DMPA).

This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone who is eagerto build a strong foundation in growth marketing across brand, content, performance, and digital channels.

The Growth Marketing - Executive will work closely with senior members of the team to deliver campaigns, produce content, manage digital platforms, and track marketing performance - contributing meaningfully to pipeline and brand-building efforts across a diverse productrange.

Key Responsibilities

● Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid channels, and content platforms

● Create and schedule content across ETPL's social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign messaging

● Assist in the development of marketing collateral including blogs, newsletters,

product updates, landing page copy, and campaign briefs

● Coordinate with the design team to brief, review, and publish visual assets aligned with campaign timelines





● Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance using analytics tools,

highlighting key trends and areas for improvement

● Assist in managing email marketing calendars, building audience segments, and executing automated workflows

● Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimisation, and basic on-page improvements

● Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, messaging opportunities, and audience insights relevant to ETPL's products

● Maintain and update the marketing content calendar, tracking deliverables,

deadlines, and publishing schedules across teams

● Coordinate event logistics, webinar setups, and community engagement activities as required

● Support lead generation programmes by managing landing pages, tracking form submissions, and maintaining CRM records

● Assist in producing performance reports and marketing dashboards forinternal stakeholders

Experience and Profile

● 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications role

● Exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing environments is preferred; freshers with solid internship experience and demonstrable skills will be considered

● Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics is expected

● A portfolio or examples of content, campaigns, or marketing work - however early-stage - is welcomed
