AdviceSahi is looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to help us build and scale our user acquisition and growth engine.

This is not a typical marketing role .

We are looking for someone who can experiment, understand users, build communities and partnerships, and find smart, scalable ways to grow.

What you'll own

Acquire → Activate → Engage → Convert → Retain → Refer

? Your Key Result Areas

You will be expected to drive measurable outcomes in:

? New User Acquisition – Finding scalable ways to bring the right users to AdviceSahi.

? User Activation – Helping recent users experience value and become active users.

? Paid Conversion – Improving the journey from registration/trial to paid subscription.

? Engagement & Retention – Ensuring users continue to use and find value in the platform.

? Referral Growth – Turning happy users into advocates who bring other advisors.

? Organic Growth Channels – Building communities, partnerships, content and other sustainable acquisition channels.

? Growth Experiments – Constantly testing new ideas and scaling what works.

Experience? We care more about what you can do.

We are not rigid about the number of years of experience .

Whether you have 2 years or 8 years, what matters is:

? How quickly can you understand a new problem?

? How well can you adapt when something doesn't work?

? Can you experiment and learn quickly?

? Can you identify what drives growth?

? Can you take something from zero and help scale it?

Show us what you have built or grown.



Outcomes matter more than designations or years of experience.

Tools & Skills

You should ideally be comfortable with some of these:

- Google Analytics / Firebase
- Mixpanel / Amplitude or similar analytics tools
- Meta Business Suite / Google Ads
- CRM and marketing automation tools
- Canva and content creation tools
- LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and other distribution channels
- AI tools for content, research and growth experiments

You don't need to know everything. The ability to learn quickly is more important than knowing every tool.

Qualification A degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Technology or a related field is preferred.

However, qualification is not the deciding factor . We value curiosity, ownership, problem-solving and the ability to make things happen.
