About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and execution-oriented Growth Intern – Founder's Office to work directly with the Founder on accelerating Browills' growth initiatives.

This role combines growth marketing, community building, user acquisition, market research, and business experimentation. You will help launch campaigns, grow our digital presence, build an engaged community, and support strategic initiatives that drive adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of growth initiatives for Browills and Bruce.
- Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.




- Assist in growing and engaging our online communities through meaningful interactions and discussions.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Research customer segments, market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor growth metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and user acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Founder's Office on branding, positioning, and strategic growth projects.
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and opportunities to expand awareness and user adoption.
- Support special projects and other initiatives assigned by the Founder.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.




- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
- Interest in startups, growth, entrepreneurship, AI, blockchain, fintech, or Web3.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Notion, or similar productivity tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
