Kochi | Full-time / Part-time

Reports to: CMO

We are looking for a hands-on, target-driven Marketing Manager with SaaS/Startup marketing experience to drive our GTM and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop & execute GTM plans
- Build Channel & Association Partnerships
- Manage Social Media & Digital Marketing Team
- Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage PR & Media Relations
- Coordinate & drive BDM/Sales Team performance
- Prepare & manage marketing budgets
- Track KPIs, ROI and achieve growth targets

We’re Looking For

- SaaS / Tech / Startup marketing experience
- Robust execution & communication skills
- Ownership mindset & target achiever
- Ability to motivate and manage teams
- Self-driven, energetic and commercially focused

Languages: Malayalam, English & Hindi – Mandatory
