Job Summary

Looking for an experienced professional to handle MIS, business analytics, dashboards, and growth reporting. The role involves analysing business data and providing insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Analyse revenue, customer acquisition, retention, churn, conversion, and campaign performance.
- Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROI, and customer cohorts.
- Work with SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Looker Studio.
- Analyse data from marketing, sales, customer engagement, subscription, and digital platforms.
- Automate regular reports and improve data accuracy.
- Identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.




- Coordinate with different teams for data collection and reporting.

Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Valuable understanding of business and digital analytics metrics.
- Experience with CleverTap or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, OTT, subscription, digital, or consumer businesses is an advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹108,333.00 per month
